About Nyssafetycouncil Tree Service and How Referrals Work

Who we are

Nyssafetycouncil Tree Service is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent tree removal providers near them. That is all we do.

We do not cut trees. We do not grind stumps. We do not own trucks or crews. Providers in our network do the work, and they run their own businesses.

Why we exist

Finding a tree provider is a pain. Phone numbers are everywhere. Quotes vary. Nobody tells you which ones fit an older house.

So we focus on two things. First, older homes. Aging foundations, buried pipes and past repairs make tree work riskier. Second, early warning signs. A cracked trunk or a dead limb is a small problem today. It can be a big repair after the next storm.

How matching works

You send a request. You tell us what the tree looks like, where it stands and how old the house is. We pass that to an independent provider in the La Plata area.

The provider reaches out. You talk it through, and the provider gives you a written quote. You can request more than one and compare. Request, then compare.

What we expect from providers

We ask providers in our network to do a few basic things:
