How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Nyssafetycouncil Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Nyssafetycouncil Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. One limit applies: Nyssafetycouncil Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@nyssafetycouncil.shop and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
